1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Employees of Newton Baby Inc. (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Newton Baby Inc. as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about December 2nd, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ending December 8th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by December 8th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time).
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by completing the online entry form available on the sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period.
Participants will receive one (1) entry for completing the form. Additional bonus entries may be available by completing optional, free actions such as visiting participating brand websites, following participating brands on social media, or signing up for email or SMS updates.
These actions are completely optional and do not require any purchase or payment to participate. All entries, including bonus entries, must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) registration entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or other methods will result in disqualification at the discretion of Newton Baby Inc.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

If required by law, Newton Baby Inc. will issue a Form 1099 to the winner for the approximate retail value of the prize.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Newton Baby Inc. to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the winner selection.
Newton Baby Inc. shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return required declarations and releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by you: By entering, you understand that Newton Baby Inc, anyone acting on behalf of Newton Baby Inc, or its licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, to use your entry, name, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information worldwide for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Terms: Newton Baby Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should causes beyond its control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Newton Baby Inc., its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
11. Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
As a condition of participating, participants agree that disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
